Topic: Exploration on material basis of Traditional Chinese medicine based on TCM Theory
Brief Introduction:
Traditional Chinese medicine is a complex system, and it is mostly mixed with decoction pieces in clinical practice. Its composition is complicated, quality is difficult to control, and the effect of compatibility is unknown, and the rule of compatibility and mechanism of action is not easy to explain. The research group followed the principle of complex-simply-complex, reduced the order and dimension of nonlinear laws in complex systems into linear laws, guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine. It also gave full play to the theoretical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and based on TCM with exact clinical efficacy as the research carrier, screened the active ingredients and optimized the ratio. Finally, the combination of active ingredients with certain number, definite structure and clear ratio was obtained, which provided reference for the discovery of active ingredients in Traditonal Chinese medicine and the establishment of innovative TCM research and development mode and technical system based on TCM theory.
